Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using SoloSprint at https://solosprint.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

SoloSprint is a sprint-planning and outcome-tracking tool for solopreneurs and indie founders. It allows you to manage milestones, tasks, sprints, time logs, and outcome signals connected to third-party analytics and revenue tools.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@solosprint.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

5. Third-party integrations

SoloSprint optionally connects to third-party services including Plausible, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Stripe. By connecting these services, you authorize SoloSprint to access data from those services on your behalf, subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to grant SoloSprint such access.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you create in SoloSprint. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Availability and uptime

We aim to keep SoloSprint available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoloSprint and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
